Garage / Storage Clearance
First and foremost, we need you to specify what you want our staff to remove as well as what they should leave behind. This is a vital stage since no one wants our staff to load up and eliminate something important to you.
If it is a total garage clearance (e.g leaving the garage completely empty), please notify us so that we may proceed to remove all belongings, including racking and fixtures if necessary. If you simply want specific items removed, we will need you to designate what is to be removed and what is not, ideally by sorting the undesired items or clearly labelling the ones that will remain.

Once this is completed, there is no need for you to be present during the removal process; our staff may be securely allowed to do their work.
There are a few items that our teams are unable to handle because of insurance restrictions or health and safety considerations. Toxic materials (e.g asbestos, weed killer), combustible materials (e.g., petrol, diesel, butane, propane), and anything that might pose a biohazard (e.g animal or human faeces) are examples. If you feel you have any of these, please notify our staff.

Fly Tipping

Fly Tipping is usually construction waste
(but not always) The reason for this is that the fly tippers avoid paying the proper waste disposal fees (which are paid by the ton) and therefore undercut the legitimate waste collectors. Always be suspicious if someone offers waste collection at a lower price than most other companies! If any trace of your name or address is among the fly tipped waste you can be held responsible - Fly-tipping is a serious criminal offence which carries a fine of up to £50,000 (unlimited if the case goes to the Crown Court) or an offender can even be sent to prison. Your risk of getting caught increases all the time.
